Return Process

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original boxes with all tags included, ensuring the package is sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
